Tasting notes
Decanted 4 hours. Dark garnet. Big nose, black cherries, plums, dark chocolate, black tea leaves, cedar. Rich palate, still lots of dark fruit, raisins, Xmas pudding, also woody and ferrous notes. Bright acidity and dusty tannins. Medium finish. Powerful and intense, more Amarone than Bordeaux.
