Tasting notes
| Clear pale gold. Some little bubbles clinging to the side of the glass but not a sparkling wine. Medium nose, fresh pears and lime, a little herbal and white flower. Palate quite bold, refreshing and sharp lime, slightly saline, a little off-dry but only slightly - just enough to make an interesting citrus/sweet/salt combination. Long finish, mineral and clean. |
