Tasting notes
Clear medium gold. Powerful nose, sweet lemon, lime, golden delicious apples, buttered popcorn, struck match, flint, smoke, white chocolate, fresh mint. Palate follows with satsuma and honey, medium body, still lots of mouth watering acidity, long finish. Fresh yet complex. Was expecting much more oxidation/aging but surprised and very impressed with this - drinking beautifully and really really good.
