Tasting notes
| Clear medium ruby with a touch of brown. Medium nose, cranberries, lots of cinnamon, violets, a little earthiness. Palate has a big hit of sour cherry and a sweeter hint of liquorice and cola. Alcohol is a bit heavy and out of balance but would hopefully settle down over time. Forceful tannins, dusty and grippy. Definitely need some food with this. |
