Tasting notes
| Clear pale lemon. Medium intensity nose, lemon with a hint of stone fruit and some fresh mint in the background. A little toasty vanilla too. Palate has more lime cordial than the lemon from the nose as well as a whiff of smokiness. Dry with medium acid, bright and refreshing, medium length but full finish - very nicely balanced all round. |
