Tasting notes
| Medium clear purple. High intensity nose, plums, blackberries, brambles, pepper, tapenade, iodine. Palate has some red fruit as well, raspberries, cherries, also some sweet spice. Bright medium(+) acidity and gentle tannin. Long finish with fruit and pepper persisting. Full and complex but not too serious, a really nice balance. Plenty of potential too. |
