Tasting notes
| Clear pale gold. Medium sized bubbles, not too many - not OTT in glass and a nice mousse forms in the mouth. Medium nose, Golden Delicious apples, pastry, buttery brioche. Very round mouthfeel, luxurious, lots of toast as well as the notes from the nose. Good acidity helps keep it nicely in check so not at all flabby. Long finish. VG. Reminds me of Moet and lunches at the Orrery. |
