Tasting notes
| Clear medium ruby. Light intensity nose of blackcurrant and berries. Light body and very mild spritz - very gentle. Medium(+) acidity and faint tannin. Palate quite intense, lots of blackcurrant, like a grown up Ribena made with sparkling water. A hint of green stems and leafiness, a little herb, but really all about the fruit. Short finish. Good fun. |
