Tasting notes
| Clear v pale gold. Vigorous petillance with small delicate bubbles. Intense nose, green apples and pastry, apple crumble, custard, lemon, toast, smoke, cork noticeboard. Really lovely, kept going back for more. Palate follows with waxy creamy mouthfeel, medium body and acidity, really mouth filling. Long and balanced finish with everything fading in harmony. Excellent. |
