| Clear pale gold. Intense and complex nose, lime, fresh mint, orange peel, cardomom, coriander seed, some rubber/tennis ball too. Palate fresh and mouth watering, medium(+) acid, lime juice and zest, stone, chalkiness, minerality. Very long citrus finish. |
