Tasting notes
Clear pale gold. Pronounced nose, tropical, passion fruit, mango, orange and lime citrus. Lots of honey and a little stoniness providing some complexity underneath it all. Palate surprisingly fresh despite luscious sweetness. Lots of tropical fruit, pineapple, a bit like a can of Lilt. Aftertaste more orange and apple, sweet orange though, not acidic. Everything coated in honey - lips feel sugar coated - but not too sticky and sweet, high acidity keeps everything in check. Lovely tension between fruit, sweetness and acidity - beautiful balance. Long finish. VG.
